We want you to love your Peloton experience, which is why we offer a 30-Day Home Trial for new members to ensure our equipment fits your fitness journey. If you are not satisfied, you can return your Peloton Bike, Tread, or Guide for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Member Support team or visit our online returns portal to start your request within the 30-day trial period.
Prepare Your Equipment
Ensure your equipment is in its original condition; for apparel and accessories, items must be unworn with tags attached.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large equipment, our team will contact you to schedule a professional pickup; for smaller accessories, use the provided prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
